We hope you are satisfied with your order. If this is not the case, however, you have the option of exchanging or returning your purchased items within 14 days of receiving the order.

Please fill out the return and exchange form enclosed with the order and mark the relevant reason for return or exchange in the form.

Take the enclosed "return slip" from the order, which contains our address.
Pack the unworn items, enclose the completed return and exchange form and attach the return slip to the package.
Hand in the parcel at the nearest post office. You will receive a message as soon as we have received your package. Delivery costs incurred for the exchange / return are at the customer's expense.
Exchange and return policy

Only unworn, undamaged items can be exchanged.

In the event of an exchange, an item can only be exchanged for a different size or color.

Would you prefer a different product? Please contact us. We will find a solution.

Custom made products are excluded from the right of exchange and can no longer be exchanged.

Any delivery costs incurred for the exchange are at the customer's expense.

After we have received the item in undamaged condition, we will inform the buyer of the receipt and the imminent credit or refund of the purchase price by email.

The purchase price will be refunded using the payment method the buyer selected when purchasing.

Refunds will be made in the same currency as the purchase.

The purchase price to be reimbursed will be refunded to the buyer and cardholder.
