Shipping method
Within Austria we send our packages by post. International parcels can be sent either by DPD or by post.

The following shipping costs apply for delivery within Austria:

The following shipping costs apply for international delivery:

17 EUR - delivery time 4-6 working days for goods in stock
From an order value of 600 EUR there are no delivery costs.
Delivery time
Our products are made exclusively for our customers in Tuscany. For products in stock, there is an estimated delivery time of 3-5 (AT) / 4-6 (INT) working days. The delivery time for personalized products is 3-5 weeks.
If there is a delay in delivery, you will be informed immediately.
The delivered goods remain the property of CATCHme Patsch & Co KG until they have been paid for in full. The transfer of risk takes place with the dispatch or collection of the goods.
We process orders during our business hours Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. CET and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. CET. Public holidays are excluded from this.
Our packaging
For our products, we decidedly choose reduced packaging, which is just as big as necessary but still offers sufficient protection and guarantees an undamaged arrival. In this way we are also able to reduce our CO2 footprint. Our packaging is characterized by a long shelf life and can therefore fulfill multiple uses due to its reusability. We use sustainable materials for our packaging and pay attention to recyclability. Our articles are also delivered in a recyclable sack, which can also be used for storage and especially to protect against moths.
