Validity

Please read our general terms and conditions (GTC) carefully. Sufficient information should ensure a clear contractual situation for both parties and prevent misunderstandings from occurring in the first place. Our goal is to meet the needs of our customers and to find the right one for everyone. We are offering exclusive cashmere clothing and accessories for men and women, All offers are non-binding, technical changes are reserved.

All prices are in EURO and include 20% sales tax.

 

Order and payment conditions

With your order you accept our terms and conditions.

 

Payment for the goods takes place either:

• In advance to the specified bank account or

• By surname, with an additional cash on delivery fee charged by the deliverer

• By credit card, PayPay or instant transfer if the order is placed via the online shop

 

Custom-made products are always delivered against prepayment. We charge between € 12 and € 15 shipping costs for each order (cashmere deliveries are sent registered) depending on whether it is sent nationally or internationally. Please see our delivery information. 

 

Delivery times and conditions

For products in stock, there is an estimated delivery time of approximately 3-5 working days. The delivery time for personalized products is 3-5 weeks.

 

If there is a delay in delivery, you will be informed immediately.

 

The delivered goods remain the property of CATCHme Patsch & Co KG until they have been paid for in full. The transfer of risk takes place with the dispatch or collection of the goods. For more information, see the delivery information.

 

Refund policy

For business with consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act, the statutory consumer protection provisions apply. Buyers who are consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act can withdraw from the contract within a period of 14 days from receipt of the delivery of the goods ordered. It is sufficient if the declaration of withdrawal or the goods are sent within the period without giving reasons. The withdrawal period begins with the receipt of the goods. Please understand that we can only take back items that are in perfect condition (incomplete, worn, dirty or damaged parts will not be accepted).

 

Custom-made products made on customer request are excluded from taking back.

 

Withdrawal

An entire or partial refund of the purchase price against return of the goods received by the customer takes place. The costs of the return are at the expense of the customer. If the goods are returned freight collect, we are entitled to withhold a corresponding amount or to invoice. For more information, see Revocation.

The applicability of the UN sales law is expressly excluded. The contract language is German. If it is not a consumer transaction, the competent court at the seat of our company has exclusive local jurisdiction to resolve all disputes arising from this contract.

Care and washing instructions are included in the scope of delivery.
